CIFFRO’s Producer Reporting & Fee Payment Policy was distributed on October 17, 2025 and has since been updated.

Thank you to all producers who have joined the Commercial and Industrial Flexible Film Recycling Organization (CIFFRO) ahead of the September 1, 2025 program implementation date. For those producers who have yet to join, please reach out to info@wraprecycleright.org for information about the onboarding process.

This policy outlines producer reporting requirements and timeframes surrounding fee invoicing and payment requirements. Policy updates do not change the terms of payment or reporting obligations. Updates within the policy provide clarity on the definition of covered material subject to reporting under the law, as well as guidance on the determination of the flat rate producer fee and any applicable annual reconciliation.
