About Us
CIFFRO is a nonprofit organization that represents boat wrap producers in Minnesota and operates recycling programs under the state's Boat Wrap Stewardship Law to reduce plastic waste from the boating industry. The organization provides free boat wrap collection and recycling services to Minnesota boat owners, marinas, and storage facilities through a network of collection sites.
